Big Thinking for Success Series
Energy Map: Charting Your Course By Going Where the Energy Is
How do you find your purpose and passion? How do you know which path is the right one to take? How do you choose the next chapter—for your career or your personal life?
You make decisions every day that impact your life in big and small ways. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to chart your course with supreme confidence and conviction?
We have a built-in internal guidance system that can help us navigate our lives with greater ease. Following the energy enables us to intuitively make the right decisions for our lives. Unfortunately, many have stopped recognizing, paying attention to, and honoring their energy cues.
This session explores a 3-step process for tuning into your own internal compass and mapping your energy to intuitively chart your course. The approach includes:
- Awareness—become aware of various energy sources
- Attention—attend to energy cues around you
- Action—act accordingly using energy cues as your personal GPS
As a result of following the energy, you’ll make decisions with greater confidence, experience less struggle from being in situations and making choices that are not a good fit, and thrive in your newly energized state.
Live Your Values and Love Your Life
Values are key drivers. When aspects of life are aligned with our core values, we feel engaged, energized, satisfied, and whole. We’re living life on purpose.
Are you living your values?
Understanding your values—being deeply aware of Who you are and what is important to you—is extremely relevant to all aspects of life. Align life with your values and life becomes simpler. There’s a new level of satisfaction and happiness. You feel more at home in your skin, at peace in your mind—your life is fully lived.

The Big Questions: Ignite Insight, Action, and Change
Life has the potential to become very different. The challenge is in moving beyond the superficial, the rote, and the expected. Quality questions open the door to discovery and invite breakthrough thinking; they generate insight, which can lead to action and ignite change.
In this session, participants will learn a powerful technique to spark seven separate and illuminating questions beginning with Which, Who, When, Where, What, How, and Why. These questions can lead to profound answers, which, in turn, have the potential to make a life-changing difference.
Participants will learn to come from a place of curiosity and openness to the questions on their mind, and the Big Questions approach can become an effective tool in living their best life.
Networking Myths: Needy, Manipulative, No Good, and Don’t Need To
Now more than ever, relationships and connections matter. Yet many say they dread and are intimidated by networking. As a result, they don’t network proactively or are ineffectual in their lackluster efforts.
The bottom line is a strong network enables you to get more done, more effectively by building social capital—the accumulation of intangible resources (ideas, contacts, opportunities, good will, knowledge, referrals, etc.) developed through your personal and professional networks.
This session will:
- Change and expand your definition of networking so you can excel at this critical business—and life—skill
- Dispel four common myths that are pervasive about the practice of networking: needy, manipulative, no good, and don’t need to
